The Squeaky Wheel

gets a refund from Enterprise. I didn't even have to be that squeaky - I just forwarded my blog entry to their customer service office.

Even better? The regional manager is planning a meeting with the local office to go over their lack of customer service.

Congratulations. Reminds me of a general conversation with a (rather bratty) coworker, she talking about getting "attitude glasses", to, you know, show people attitude.

And I remember thinking to myself,"what happened to reasoned persuasiveness? I don't need attitude to get what I want in this life."

Whenever this whole mess gets resolved, you should send it on to The Consumerist! I read them daily and it's nice to know what companies are being idiots today...
